superbowl goodness.....

I was going to make Fsane's bacon cheese roll up thing but the morning of superbowl someone emailed me a link to this one and it bumped the cheese wrap.
1lb of bacon weaved and rub sprinkled on top
1.5lb's of italian sausage flattened out onto bacon
1lb of cooked bacon crumbled up on top of sausage
roll everything into a log
more rub put on the outside
smoked for 3 hours
brushed with sweet baby ray's sauce
sliced and devoured.
My arteries are 1/3 of their size before eating this thing. :D

I would even bet a bacon wrapped turd wouldn't taste half bad.......everything is good with bacon on it. I also do bacon wrapped smokies where you wrap a half piece of bacon around a smokey and put brown sugar on 'em and bake them in the oven. I did 2 briskets and a few pounds of deer steaks. Buffalo chicken dip, reuben dip, stuffed hot peppers, smoked peppers, crab and artichoke dip, pasta salad, a vegi tray ( for the women because most of them thing something wrapped in bacon looks gross), and about 5 different deserts. All that plus about 10 cases of beer makes for a good night. :D
