got my super chevy motor today was reading that they took an old style sbc redesigned it and put new style ls cam heads and valve train in it and it made more power then the lsx 427 on 10.7 to 1 compression like 630 out of the shoot with some tuning 650 easy hp.kinda cool they are going to produce them so the guys who have to run distrubutors can play using the new head technology...:shots:
what heads and what were the cam specs? That's a ton of power.
i think it was a set of dart pro1 ported and it was custom comp cam with the cam gear and the fuel pump rod,its in march 2009 super chevy under A hybird that makes HP.Im sure someone can find the link and post it up,cool idea.. opps the first one was called mow hawk,but the powers that B changed it to motown LS,still a bad azz motor..Quote:
