**COTM submissions Feb.***
Ok, 2009 is upon us so lets get this going again. I'm taking COTM submissions for the month of Feb. Send me your pictures. I made 2 changes to the COTM rules. Pictures can now be 800x600. I want to see if that makes it easier for people, if there's another size that would make it easier for you guys let me know. I do want to keep the pictures uniform though.
I'm also allowing photoshopped pictures this year. Keep in mind though that they should stay somewhat realistic. I will work on getting a better definition of "somewhat realistic" but in the meantime the mods will judge what is accepted and what isn't. I will say that I'm willing to let you guys come up with as cool of a picture as possible without changing the physical appearance of the car.
