Air Condition blows out floorboard.

Well, for awhile now whenever I press on the gas just hard enough, my AC, or vent, will blow out towards the feet for a bit, then return to the vents toward the face. I know this has to do with a small tube under the hood and have never bothered with it.

Now, 95% of the time the AC, or whatever I have on, blows towards the feet. Could this be that same tube that was causing the problem before or is it a different problem?

BTW, 98 Z28 coupe.

the vacuum reserve tank is bad...have it checked or replaced.It reserves vacuum pressure so when you step on the gas hard and engine vac is low there is a reserve that kicks in and keeps a steady vacuum so the AC controls stay working properly.Without enough vacuum the vacuum operated air control doors are closing to default positions.

welcome...be sure the hoses are not cracked or broken going to the tank or ac...that will cause it also

Yea, one of em is broken that passes right under the battery.

I had it fixed awhile ago, and it cracked again. But it recently seemed to get worse so I'm assuming something else went wrong.
