you can send them a message without them being a friend, click on their name and that will be an option
no im asking can u send them a message without them being your friend. Do they HAVE to be your friend for u to send a message?
No they dont. There should be a little "send message" tab somewhere when you bring their name up.

Actually, I know what he means. Some people block messages from people that arent on their friend list. I had to befriend someone in order to send them a message.Quote:
