Need help from someone who knows cars!
ok so the other day i get in to my car to start it up and it will not crank at all.when i turn the key a 1/4 of the way ( you know to turn on the radio) the setbelt alarm light and sound flash on and off real fast. and also i have been seeing water on my driver side floor mat ( i guess it is rain getting in) so what this leads me to think is that i have a short some were. but here is the ? if water has dried up why dose the car not run? and how do i get my car running???well today i was messing with my car and i noticed when i turn the key 1/4 i was hearing a clicking noise in the fuse box under the hood and the fuse that was clicking is the fuel pump fuse . it is one of those grey box fuse8567 so i do not know if it is bad .but im going to try to replace it
