When Girlfriends Bitch

Mine is right now over the most retarded thing.
I work Monday-Sunday taking Saturday off for football. Well her and I talked and I decided that starting this week I would work Saturday and take Sunday off so we could go to church together and relax all day. Everyone needs a day to relax. So anyways here is where the bitching begins. There is a wedding this weekend on Saturday, and lo and behold I have to work because its a Saturday and now I'm the asshole because I am working and not going with her. I was like you are kidding me, we just said I would take Sunday off and work Saturday, and I need the money its not like I don't. Stupid fight, stupid arguement. I think women enjoy starting fights just to see a little bite in our bark.

ya, work should be exempt from the compromise process anyway because your paycheck is probably benefitting the both of you. A man has to keep a living, right? She should be understanding of that...

She is understanding, very understanding. It's just this was like yeah I might be able to but I can't tell my work now I have to let them know two weeks in advance and it was too late. But she's upset anyways.

Seriously. My best friend is a chick. I love her, she's the coolest girl I've ever met, but sometimes she's so totally insane I have to duck out of the way so I don't get any molten crazy thrown on me.

P.S. I heard this before and it makes perfect sense to me. When in a relationship arguement. You can choice to be RIGHT or choice to be HAPPY. If you choice to be RIGHT, you wll immediately realize how much you really don't care about being RIGHT.
