happened to me just now. AC was on and working. went to turn the fan down and no response. looked and none of the controls were lit up or working at all. stopped and turned the car off. restarted car, hoping the system would reboot to no avail. came home and did some reading. pulled the F5 fuse from the fuse panel inside the drivers side dash. reinserted, started car and all is well.
