Take the time and call a few. You may want to type your story out so you can fax or email it to several instead of having to explain by phone to all of them too I'll be here if you need me for anything

A lawyer will also help your clarify anything that they send you. You need to protect yourself. Just don't rely completely on the system to handle this. Hope I'm not bugging you about this. I'm just really interested at this point what the out come will be for you. All my best

Honestly, mine was not a personal injury case. Just grand theft and damages to the car. So, I'm not sure. But, a Lawyer would be. CALL ONE I would not wait until that case is settled. The lawyer will advise on that as well. I don't want to give you any wrong information. I just want to see you taken care of in this situation. Heh... it's the Mom in me I guess
