Bear is fantastic! They have a lottery every year on bear tags in MI, so I'm hoping I can get one for next year and stock my freezer. Plus I want a bear skin rug

I'm actually on a buffalo and bear meat kick right now.

Like deer jerky sticks.. I dunno I've always called em sticks! haha I guess maybe sausage? Google deer sticks and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about... I suck at splainin!

MI whitetail is some fantastic stuff as well. Especially the farm fed ones.

hahaha well I'll be honest, I've never eaten Oklahoma venison.

But if I don't end up shooting anything, my brother or buddy will, and I'll get some one way or another. I dooo looovvvvve jerky though!!! Not as much as deer sticks though.
