A guy is tryin to sell me a 2002 SS tranny. Will it bolt right into my 1998 Z28?

So i hear your the guy to talk to about trannys, so here goes.

I was driving to work today, and my car kinda jumped a little when i got on the gas, no hard, just driving in traffic. Felt like i hit two of those center stripe reflectors in row, but it kept happening. by the way, i have an A4 on a 3.8. Im leaving work, and i have to step on it a little to get into traffic, run it up to about 4k i guess, but it didnt pull hard, i assumed i lost traction a little, it happens in that spot.

I get about a half mile down the road, take a right at a red light, i lose power, my rpms jumped way up, like i shifted in neutral, and my car started shaking bad, particularly the rear end, and my SES light started flashing. It did that for a few seconds then stayed on, i had to drive about 2 miles before i had a spot to pull over, and every so often my RPMs would jump and and itd shake.
