I have a e-5 in my company that no one wants 2 be on their team, cause the original team he was on which was my old team before I went psd he was my tc and I had to wake him up he was always late get everything ready make decisions like an nco, .

Plus I hate being a parts changer lol that wasnt what I expected at all as long as you know how to read a tm manual you can work on the trucks. And you are right, alot of the nco's in the guard here tho does not deserve the rank what so ever cause they dont do it and they use it to their advantage alot of the time.

Yea I am a spec 4 fright now myself, I got screwed over on turning my packet in this year for the promotion list. So I will put one in next year, but I am going to start college when I get back from here and try and get me a degree maybe try ocs later down the road after sf. Cause in my mos the state is full nobody can get promoted in cause their is no slots at all in the state.

damn that sucks, my captain now went sf and broke 3 ribs, they told him that he could come back but he didnt cause of his wife and kids and she ended up divorcing him anyway. He is one lonely dick now and our battalion sticks him places to keep him busy so he will stay out of their hair, and he has made alot of enemys this deployment, he uses everything he can to down everybody in the company.

I am 63B, but this deployment I have been doing convey security and psd for a battalion commander, also doing some dismounted patrols for cied's and show of force pretty much. But I want to go 19x, and try and go special forces full time with all the nice little schools such as airborne air assualt halo and sniper school but thats a dream for now until after college.

Probably still a WS6 or SS. We'll see.

motor is in just waiting for final tune but they are trying to beat me over the head for another 4000.00

3000 might be okay but that turbo will beat a stock tranny up.

sorry i was thinking about the turbo the stall only has 1000 miles and i paid 900 for it so i would like 500.00 but make an offer.
