    hey i just bought a 98 z28, im looking for the best bang for the buck performance wise but i wanna stay kinda moderate on the mods

    probably around a grand. its got the ss hood and the intake is functional. im looking to purchase a hypertech chip as well. what lid should i purchase?

    i read somewhere on here the nos is like a hot chick with stds you wanna hit it but your scared of the consequences. lol wont it do some damage?

    Well it all will do some damage....But as long as you know how to act with it .I don't think that there would be a problem....Take me for instants It's on my car and I have only sprayed it once in 6 months....but thats get me...LOL

    Mine is stock.....Just don't over do it.....it you haven't ever sprayed NOS you'll love it...it's like mashing a second gas pedal to the floor....

    I like the SLP lid. but theres many other out there that work great as well.

    Have you thought about headers and a catback?

    yeah i was planning on getting the slp loudmouth I. how much hp gain could i get from headers? do you have them?

    ya i have Long Tubes with the Off road y-pipe and my gain with that and the cat back was around 30-35 hp to the wheels, without a tune. with a tune im looking at about 45 to the wheels.
