Tick Performance and my experience trashed transmission

Less than 1000miles on a trans TICK PERFORMANCE built and nothing but problems. won't go in 3rd or 4th and rev is hard. we found the issue wasn't shimmed correctly and chewed up the internals and looking at $3000 bill and these guys won't pay the labor costs even though I had a warranty. They want me to send it to them bullshit you couldn't doit right the first time why would I send back. I had a professional take it apart and diagnose with photos and all i asked was they pay what labor was only ill cover parts since they screwed up install and assembled it incorrectly. dont use this company the owner does not stand behind there work you've been warned check there BBB alot of complaints on this company..
I have pics and videos of damages and costs to repair over $3000 this joker cost me. research there are more reliable better companys.

Welcome to the site, sorry to hear you're having these issues. I really wish I had some advice for you, but all I can think of is to possibly take them to court.
