Shout out from Central PA
Got a 99 WS6 M6 and a 78 TA that I restored. I'll never restore another car, it would have been half the price to buy one done. Anyone from the Williamsport area?
So.. why can't I reply to a post in "almost anything goes"?Last edited by 428 78T/A; 05-15-2012 at 05:54 PM.

Welcome to the site! At least your 78 is yours. Your sweat, blood and tears. No one elses. That's kind of the best part of a restoration IMHO Post up some pictures of them both.
You need at least 10 posts to post in the AAG.

Thx for the tip about AAG. Yeah I'll have to get some pics of the 78 around. The 99 is your typical black WS6. Very dependable car I migh add.

Welcome to the site. I too have been down that road of a 50 cents on the dollar return for restoring a vehicle. The only thing I can say is that it was a blast to restore a car and make it into what you want it to be. You do lose alot of money in the process but working on them gives you a bond with the vehicle. I spent 7 years restoring a big block 1967 Dodge Coronet 500 and I sold it at Carlisle in 2001. I cried when I sold it and I almost backed out of the deal. I still miss that car.
