Barbados Blue- 2004 GTO
Not new, but not been here.
I have been a member for almost 3 years and only posted once. I have been a founding member of LS1GTO since it started but am over them. Since the owner sold it to a corporation it has gone downhill so I am gone. Someone suggested moving here and I remembered I was a member, so here I am.
Here is a link to my car, a 2004 Barbados Blue GTO, http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2227913 on Car Domain. But that page is a little behind, as more mods somehow found their way onto the car. There is very little left that is stock on the car. Very little. In the engine, driveline and suspension, only the coils and the driveshaft are stock.
I am not an expert but I have done more work on club cars than I can remember. I have replaced engines, done Turbo installs, cams, intakes, gears, clutches, etc, etc, etc. I also tune. So I will start joining in here.

Barbados Blue- 2004 GTO
Thanks everyone.
Oh and I do have a "little" 1/4 mile experience. I campaigned 2 bikes in the NE in the early to mid 80s, sponsored by NE Cycle Works in Groton CT. Then ran it in SW California in the late 80s /early 90s. I had a KZ900 that ran 10s and have a 84 ZX750 Turbo that ran 11.20s. When NMRA existed, I held the MPH record in C/S Turbo with this bike. Still own the Turbo.
With my car, I have been 11.41 at 123. Bone stock went 13.51 @ 106. Car has not run in it's current format but I am expecting 11.5-11.3.
this is my 4th GTO. 2 67s and 1 72.

what do you have done to your gto? Heads/cam or FI? That's clipping along pretty good. What was your 60 like?

What hasn't been done would be a better question. I did a .43 without the bottle and the new engine and did the .41 on a 150 shot on the old engine with H/C.
Here is my CarDomain page, but I made changes to the rockers, changed to a ported FAST 92, bigger TB and MAF and installed a huge stereo.

Best 60 was a 1.60 on 275/40-17 MT DRs at 12psi

Oh, and I do not believe in F/I (except on my motorcycle). I love taking F/I GTOs with my NA car.
I do not street race.
