Newbie to Ls1 Forums

But not new to Camaro this is my 5th! Hello Forums!!! I have a Car Stereo and accessories shop. Have done a few mods to my Camaro mainly interior, double din Pioneer Z2, Component speakers, custom fiberglass sub box with 2 10's that does not take up whole trunk! 1K watt class D MTX amp and 70X4 for mids and highs. Recently ordered my first engine mod a K&N cold air kit. Still waiting on a slow shipper! Thanks! John

You need to use a site like Photobucket. It's free and you just upload your pics and then they copy and insert the codes in your post. Use the IMG codes here.

Yep, I got them. It looks interesting. I'm still trying to figure out how to put a couple of subs back there without having to cut out the panel on my PS.

Plus, I like having room for the T Tops as well. I did find a few pics of something I may be interested in doing.

Hey, what do you think of the bolt on ground kit? Mine was on my car when I bought it, but, I'm thinking of taking it off. Plus, I just scraped on a damn drive way and creased the paint on the front. So, guess I either paint it or lose it... Pissed me off, I still can't believe I did that! DOH!

Are you sure that is what is scraping? Under your car is a plastic scoop that directs air up for cooling this is what most people hear scraping when navigating bumbs, I found this body style to have the highest clearence of all my former camaro's. I myself was quilty of pulling foward to much and touching parking curbs with ground effects! I have seen other camaros without and I think yours is hot with them! I have learned how to do touch up and painting myself so I can handle little jobs. Theres a site called smarflix where u can rent video's with how to on almost anything! Take care! John

Nah, I fucked up going out of a really deep driveway a bit to fast..... It scraped on the DS. I felt it, but didn't think much of it. It didn't sound or feel that bad. But, when I got home, I found this!

Yeah, I've already peeled the paint off and am going to start sanding it.

Thing is, that, that was the first thing I had planned to take off the car. So, maybe just a push to do it faster LOL! I'm not a big fan of the bolt ons.

We'll see. Easy fix though. I can do it myself. My husbands a Set Painter and we have everything we need to spray it. Just not sure if I want to go to the trouble or just take em all off is all.

I think J.L Audio makes a sub enclosure like that, there are also some manufactuers making shallow mount subs wich gives you a lot more options. Had a 94 camaro with tops and it came with a bag to put t-tops in you could then strap them to hump right behind the rear seat. Wait a minute that didnt sound right! Enjoy your Sunday!! John
