New to WS6 T/A

I am a Trans Am guy going way back and have always had early to mid 70's T/A's. Lately I have had the urge for a 01-02 T/A. There is one in town for sale, its a 01 T/A ws6 convert, M6 and I think its pretty rare as its navy metallic blue, 93k miles. The lady wants 11900 for the car and I'm sure I can get a little lower. The car is super clean, has a new top and tires, and runs great with no modifications. Is this a good buy or should I keep looking

Sounds pretty good to me great if you could get it for 10500.
