New SS owner from MO
What's up guys, I'm Matt from Southwest Missouri. I just traded in my 350z on this 2002 SS M6. Only 30k miles, very clean Cali car. Only thing wrong with it is cloth interior, which I plan on replacing with 35th anniversary leather. I've also had a stage 3 cammed 04 Mach 1.

It's mostly stock, all I've found so far is a hurst shift knob and straight pipes to mufflers dumped before the axle. What mods would you guys suggest I start with? And what are some good sites for aftermarket parts?

Welcome to LS1.com! There are tons of ways to go about modding these cars. You just have to determine which will work best for you. A nice heads and cam LS1 will easily put down well over 400rwhp.

Thanks guys! I can't wait to start modding the SS. How much does the labor usually run to have some LT headers put on?

Black/ Silver- 98 TA WS6/ 01 C5 Corvette
Do it yourself I made the mistake to have some shop install it because I was in a hurry and didn't want the headache of doing it myself (even though I have done a header install before) and I got raped with the price it was $1100. If I could do it again I would have just done it myself.
