New NC member

Hi everyone, I'm Michael and live in NC. 20 years old, full time student and working almost full time as well. Hunting like a mad man in search of a nice 98-02 Trans Am. The last couple of months I've been talking alot to my boss at work who has a really nice '02 WS6 and really have grown alot of interest in F-bodies... I wanted to join on here in hopes of maybe finding "the one" on here, and mostly to learn more and more about these cars. Just wanted to stop in and say hey to everyone, wish me luck in my search.

Hey man I live in nc, I am currently in Iraq right now, to help you point you in the right direction to finding a good fbody is www.morrisonmotorco.com they always have very very nice fbodys with low miles check them out. They are located in concord.

Thanks for the welcomes everyone, and the related links. bluehawk I'll for sure check them out! Hopefully if everything goes right I'll be able to get to the credit union in time Wednesday and fill out my loan application. Too excited about getting one hopefully this will work out.

yea just make sure you look around to you can find some really great deals, and check on here with prices man. And are you new to the nc area?

and think about it this way if you get an 01 or 02 you dont have to buy a ls6 intake lol. That is what I was shooting for but I fell in love with my 2000 at first sight lol. And myscz06 you are stationed at fort hood I see, what is your mos?

Not new to NC, been here all my life actually. Yeah I'm hoping to find a good deal on an 01-02, but at this point if I find a nice 98-00 I'll take it

I will check the for sale section, thanks for mentioning it. Tomorrow is the big day at the credit union, gathering up paycheck stubs and other misc paperwork as we speak for that. Excited!!!
