    New guy in town!

    hello everyone belive it or not I just found out about ls1.com i've been a member of tech for a while but oh well I'm here now. Anyways I am located in Webb city, Missouri I drive a 1999 pewter Trans am which is currently under the knife don't know what else to say other than hi.

    ok well long story short put a cam, stall and other assorted stuff in my car got a mail order tune like a retard he tried twice to tune it and fricked it up both times (pcm for less) well anyways got it re-tuned speed density and my transmission shifts great under normal throttle, part throttle but won't make the 2-3 shift under wot so tranny is out. Perfect time for some up grades so new race built tranny, wheels finishing up the suspension, adding gauges, oil catch can relocating the torque arm etc.

    before going under again.

    G'day and welcome. I wouldn't say it was stupid to get a mail order tune - just maybe who you got it from. Frost - a sponser on here - does mail order tunes and his work is top notch. You'll find nothing but good things said about his work. You might consider contacting him for your tuning needs, if you need any more done that is. Looks like a nice car too.
