New Guy from New Mexico

I'm new to the site and wanted to post my 1st post. I have a '95 Z28 that I bought a couple of years ago with a wrecked front end and a bent rear axle and a slipping tranny. But, the engine had just been rebuilt. I fixed the front damage and axle and just after that I got laid off from my job. I got another job but, there it sat for almost a year recovering from that. I got it registered and drove it for 2 weeks with the tranny slipping only when I really got on it. Well the tranny went where I couldn't drive it anymore. It sat for another year while I saved up to get the tranny rebuilt. I am going to have the tranny rebuilt now in another week or 2. I am getting really impatient to get to really be able to drive this car. I'm glad to be on the site.

I go nuts not being able to drive our car for a couple of months in the winter... you are justifiably anxious. Welcome!
