black- 2000 firehawk
new guy
Hi everyone
I'm stoked that we just bought a 2000 firehawk. It's totally stock except I think that someone disabled skip shift. Looking forward to learning more about the car and swapping stories.

Nice choice on the hawk. Is it a formula hawk or a TA hawk?

Thanks and here's more info
Hey thanks everyone for the welcome and nice comments. As far as my car.. I'm actually not sure if its formula or TA. I did a carfax on the vin and it says as follows:
2000 PONTIAC FIREBIRD FORMULA/TRANS AM
2G2FV22G6Y2148346
HATCHBACK 2 DR
5.7L V8 FI OHV / REAR WHEEL DRIVE
Also, SLP says its build no. 495 but wants $50 to spill what options it has. Is there another way to find out?

Did you get a birth certificate from the person you bought it from?
