Navy blue Metallic- 2002 trans am
New to forum: 02 navy blue metallic vert
Hey guys, I just recently bought an 02 navy blue metallic trans am convertible. i'm a very long time Fbody fan! i have a LITTLE extra money (in the $300 range) and cant wait to start modding my new (stock) car! I just signed up to the forum this morning but have been reading hundreds and hundreds of posts over the last few weeks trying to learn everything i can. I'm really looking forward to meeting new people and learning as much as possible about my car. from what i understand, the best starter mods would be maybe SLP lid (although that clear one floating around is pretty awesome) or cold air induction kit, spark plugs and wires if needed, cat back exhaust... etc, etc. but if anybody else has any feedback, i'm all ears and would greatly appreciate the info! by the way, anybody else in the central PA area? none of my friends care about cars, and i'm in desperate need of car conversation! haha. thanks!

Vert
Congrats on the new wheels and welcome to the forum!
I am in Maryland right now, but have family in the Chambersburg and Harrisburg area. I often float between here and there. It's always great to meet people with the same interest.

Navy blue Metallic- 2002 trans am
i'm still a newb so i dont know that much yet... but MY plan for full exhaust (considering my goal for my car is a full bolt ons set up/i want to keep it as legal as possible) is pacesetter coated LT's w/ a catted Y/high flow cats, and probably magnaflow or SLP loudmouth II from there back... maybe with a cutout
