New Baby Boomer in the Mix

Hideho everyone. Chevy lover with plans for some old iron. I have a 1994 Z28 5.7L 52 mm throttle body, Hooker ceramic longtube headers, SLP 2-OTL exhaust. MSD Blaster coil, C5 Corvette white powdercoated rims w/Toyo Proxes 275/35/18's, & SLP UltraZ hood & ram air intake, back by A4 auto trans.

I have a running 1969 Malibu/Chevelle clone with a built 350, alum heads, etc, TH 350 trans. Recently purchased a 427 tall deck to replaced the 350 & a Saginaw 4 spd to replace the TH 350.

I am about to send my '55 2-dr 210 post for stripping and a new floor pan. The frame is undergoing mental changes (budget allowing) tubular A arms, steering undecided, and 4 link rear - nothing concrete. The drive train I want to power the car is an LS1 and T56 6 spd. If you aren't shifting, then you're missing something. The purchased of the drivetrain will probably occur within the next 6-8 months, so I thought that I'd start looking and getting advice now.
