    my 2000 s10

    hey whats up guys i just baught a 2000 s10 single cab shortbed. i will be doing Ls1 or Lt1 swap soon dont know much about EFI but im learning through a couple these forums im on. but i kknow alot about carburated motors. right now my s10 got the little baby 2.2 4 cyl and that need to go.
    whats the pros and cons on these motors like the ls1 and lt1 i will be looking for 400 to 450 hp. how much money will i be looking at with EFI motors

    Welcome! There are some very good LS swap books on the market that cover just about all the issues you will encounter. You'll need to upgrade the fuel delivery system for 58 p.s.i., either a factory PCM or aftermarket controller will be required, and the gauges may require adapters.
