ok so now i have your attention

i decided to make an account of this forum because my roommate (iwannagofast) is lookin into buying an ls1 and i am helping him decide...plus i dont like all these type cars

i actually drive a 90 model mustang gt but its down for right now....i also have an 01 tacoma u can see in the background of the pic i posted in the...shud i buy this ws6 thread....

honestly im not a ford guy but i got the stang cus i wanted something fast and i got it cheap

Welcome to the site....the only mustangs rule in is usually a hot chick is driving one! Its ok to have a girls car.....

i dont consider a fox a girls car....but it really wont be a girls car down the road....planning a 408 stroker with trickflow 225 heads, edelbrock super victor efi intake and custom cam....should be good for 600 plus hp to the wheels...

and that may not seem like a lot for you guys cus these ls motors make power a lot better....i have a lot of respect for the ls series

there was an episode of horsepower tv where they took a truck 6.0, stock heads with new springs and roller rocker, cam, and the fast intake and made 514 on the motor....thats pretty impressive

chevy motor are great, i would imagine that cam was a giant cam-specs?

My younger brother is selling a Fox body 4cyl. Got under 100k on the clock. It runs but he's a chevy guy. So the fox is in the grass for the critters to hide out in.lol Welcome to the site. yeah i figured i would try to make an entrance...haha....about not seeing much street time....it wont be a daily driver but im still gonna build and tune it to be streetable....it will still be port fuel injection....im think around 15 mpg maybe with the right tuneing.....im not the kind of person to put that much work into something then only drive it at the track...i plan on keeping it 5 speed....i would love to do a viper spec t56 but thats a lot of extra money for one extra gear.....anyway thanks to everyone for welcoming me.....who know you guys may end up tlking me into swaping an ls1 off into it

hey i wont lie....i wud take an ls1 over a stang any day...unless it was like an 03 04 cobra....

when it came to making sports cars gm decided to make a better car and ford decided to make the cheap one and sell a lot more of them and make more money....they must have done something right considering its not ford on the news everday asking for more money from the gov.
