Hey guys.

Well, I am a police officer from New Orleans. I have always had a passion for building cars. It is my one and only real addiction. I have been raised on American Muscle, yet have not had a chance to build one.......until now. I have 2 vehicles. Here they are:

This is my 1996 Camaro Z28.

It is an Auto LT1, but I plan on putting in an LS1 6 speed. Hopefully with the assistance of my fellow forum members. I always research things before I begin. So, I am still unsure how bad going from an LT1 to an LS1 will be, LOL. I am a very competent mechanic, so I am up for the challenge.

Thanks a bunch guys.

It appears after some research that I will be sticking with the LT1. Apparently the whole harness has to be changed in the vehicle. So, I will still try and chenge her to a 6 speed though.
