YELLOW- 1970 VW BEETLE
hi everyone
i'd just like to say hi and that I HATE OXYGEN SENSORS!!!!! i've gone through three upstream sensors in the past couple weeks and now they're all bad. i have a 2002 WS6 by the way. any ideas on the cause?

Wow, that's a lot. Any signs of a possible problem? By going bad what do you mean? Does it throw codes for the fronts and what codes are you getting?

I took it to autozone and they tested it. all four o2's are bad. I'm getting the 131 and the 151 codes. the car runs like crap at around 2500 rpm's when i punch it. now the back o2's went out. i'll get O2 sims for those i think. And i was spraying the other night and my MAF went out when the car backfired. YAY!!!!

im no mechanic but it sounds like you are running way to rich. do you have suit in you tailpipe. at least that was my problem
