Red- 1998 Trans Am
Hello New Member from North Carolina
Hi all, I have just received back into my possession MY 1998 Trans Am. My EX-wife has been hiding it from me for the last 5 years. Of course she did not start it at ALL in those 5 years. It has just over 79,000 miles on it. I will be asking for help in other forums, but it is nice to find fellow Trans Am lovers on here. I bought this brand new off of the showroom floor in 1998, but now I have a lot of work to do on it. Thank you ahead of time for your input!

Welcome to the site! Must have been a great reunion... sounds like you needed a better attorney in your divorce.

Her daughter called me and said that she wanted to get it back to me. Yep, my attorney was a P.O.S. He must had graduated at the bottom of his class. Now I have a huge project ahead of me.

Welcome to the site Tim. I'm gonna be down in Oak Island next month and looking forward to out swimming the sharks. I usually go to Emerald Isle but we decided to take a break. I love your state and within 10 years I will be a resident. You will have all the help you need here and I am very happy that your Ex did not destroy your ride. She's a good lookin bird and with some help she will be back on the road strutting her stuff. Just ask and ye shall receive.

Welcome to the site, Tim, and congratulations on getting your car back! On the bright side, her having let it sit for 5 years, kept it a rather low mileage car

Glad it all worked out for you in the end - and as mentioned, keeping the miles off her all those years wasn't an entirely bad thing.
