    it hasn't snowed a whole lot this winter... one night it will freeze over, and the next day (like yesterday) will be 55 degrees though. we've only had about 5 to 6 snowfalls this winter, but it's been pretty cold a few nights

    I cannot really suggest much on what area to move to. Yet, being
    from Omaha NE that I have been there many times and really like area.

    Good food, Bar BQ and great music/nite life.
