    Hello to everyone...I need advice

HI, I’m new this web site, and so far I have been able to get some great information on things for my car. I own a 98 TA, its stock with an automatic Transmition, but I definitely want more power. I’m looking to at changing my cam, heads, and rear end. Cam wise I wanna go with a MS3 cam 240 duration, Rear end wise I wanna go with 342 gears, however, as far as head and stall converter go I have no clue what to go with. This car is going to be a daily diver till that beginning of next year. So I was wondering if any of you guys could give me and advice on what to go with or if there is a set up that I can go with so that I can get everything to mach up just right. Thanks

    howdy...

i'm guessing that your automatic since you want 3.42 reare gears... your best gain from stock will be a higher stall speed torque converter... they can knock off .5 seconds on the 1/4 mile!!! you'd also want to do a shift kit... and for the rear gears a 3.73 set would be better for an A4 even if it is a DD... a TQ converter i'd go with no less than a 3200 stall speed... also work your suspension... adjustable lower controll arms and relocation brackets and sub fram connectors will help tons!!!
