    Hello from Arizona

    Greetings everyone,
    I am from Avondale, Arizona and have always enjoyed working on muscle cars and hot rods. I retired a few years ago and decided to build a fun hot rod project. I purchased a low mileage 1990 Toyota pickup truck and replaced the original drivetrain with a LS 5.3 with a 4L60e transmission from a 2006 Chevy Silverado. I have been driving my little hot rod sleeper for a couple of years and it is a blast to drive. Since this is my first LS engine project, I wanted to join this site to learn from you guys and gals about LS engines and drivetrains.
    I am looking forward to exchanging information and experiences in keeping this great hobby going. Thank you for your time and attention.

    Hello! I was at the Indianapolis Raceway Park 7 days ago, someone had swapped an LSx into a T-100 Didn't get to talk to him as much as I wanted, but I did see it run a 13.99 at about 101. IDK what LS he has. Talk about a sleeper.

    That sounds like a nice little hot rod project. With LS power in these small trucks, they are a blast to drive!
