Do these cars have Shift kits in them from factory?...Cause mine's shift very very hard from first to sec

no they dont, try driving the car easy for a few days and see if the firm shifting goes away,

Welcome, I see camarojunky74 said they have no shift kits, however, in my experience with these cars, they all shift hard in low gears. I have had 2 TA's and 2 Z's. All four cars hit second hard.

its called adaptive strategy the pcm learns how you like to drive so in turn turns up the pressure to the trans, drive it easy for a few days the firm shifting should settle down until you get in it
