    Greetings from Pittsburgh

    Hi all...

    Just bought my first pony car, '99 (new to me) Camaro Z28. I found this site while I was looking for some info on speed shops in my area to go over this girl.

    Simple car history for me, started on a std. 4-cyl, next was a 4-turbo, then a straight 6, and now my first v8. Always manual trans. I was forced into a fast car buy due to the death of my dog, '95 Stealth, and 8-year relationship all in one day (listed in order of importance,) and found a good deal on a z. (Obviously wrecked at one point, but not enough for insurance, carfax was clean. It's a z28 with a SS hood?!?) I'll start a thread on it as soon as I get some pics online of it.

    'til then... Be gentle with the new guy, I'm not much of a gear-guy..... yet!
