    Talking Greetings from flyover country.

Just stumbled upon this site in my never ending quest for LS info. I'm currently finishing up my '67 Chevelle convertible with a bunch of upgrades including a completely refreshed 355 roller motor. I had already started that project before the LS bug bit me.

I recently bought a 6.0 LS2/six-speed from a wrecked 2006 GTO & we will be making the trip to pick it up tomorrow. That will be going into my 1957 Belair 2-door hardtop. That project kicks off as soon as the Chevelle is done or as soon as we get back from the HRPT, whichever happens first. And I can't wait to get started on it!

The car is up on jack stands at the moment burined behind the Chevelle which is on the lift. This will be the third time that I have redone the car since I bought it in 1971. But it hasn't seen the road since the early eighties. Understood. When you get around to it, we have a Classic Muscle section on the forum. Go ahead and add some pics there -- the car doesn't have to be pretty either, we always appreciate project pics!
