Greetings From Charlotte

Just wanted to take a moment and informally introduce myself. My name is Matt and I'm a Charlotte Fireman, and a Marine(inactive reserve). I've always been into building and modifying anything to do with vehicles, and I try to educate myself on most brands and editions. I've just recently purchased my first "LS Type" product, my 2007 Silverado Classic LT. And I already have a set of factory heads being modified and I'm in the process of buying parts to go ahead and do a top end swap. I have read several posts on here already and have learned so much in the past few days. As a "born" Ford guy I am a newby in the LS world but I'm loving the differences and learning. My father was a NC State Trooper and was issued the Camaro when they bought them and I fell in love with the LS Family of Engines then and have been fascinated with them ever since so this is kind of a dream. Look forward to chatting and posibly working with some of you in the near future on whatever projects may arise.
