bodyman not a mechanic
hello ls1 world, i am a new member in hopes of trying to learn more about my ls1, i was hoping someone can tell me what i can do to upgrade my performance on my 2002 trans am, i have done small mods but i am looking for more, i want to buy a performance chip or ? but there is so many on the market i want to get the correct one the first time, i own a bodyshop but dont know much about the aftermarket world on mods for the ls1, hoping someone can steer me in the right direction, i do apreciate the help, and i am glad to be a member

Post up in the tech sections any questions you may have about any mods. There is a great group of people here with answers to all your questions. And I'm sure you can be of some assistance to anyone with body work questions. Glad to have you aboard!

Welcome aboard! I'm thinking you may want to get a tune. Not a chip. From what I understand, a chip won't do much for you.
Like Andy said though, I'm sure you'll get the answers you're looking for in the tech sections

Im a newbee here too,,,im also trying to figure out how to navigate the site..Seems to be a great place for info and support . As far as your decision about the chip goes,,i would take the other guys advice and get the car tuned rather than spend money on a chip....
