hey im new to this and im building a camaro and its a v6 auto and im converting it to a 6.0L v8 any tips or advice...let me know

Welcome to the site. Sounds like you are going to have one hell of a car when all said and done. Be sure to post pics of it! I guess you're going to do the supporting drivetrain and suspension mods also?

most def..the sus.....but i dont know if i should leave it a auto or make it a stick.....and what would be a good trans.????

You really should post any technical questions in the areas pertaining to your question. Ex. if you have a question about a cam, post it in the internal engine section. That way your questions will get more attention and responses.

With that said, IMO it depends on what your car is going to be used for. If you're building a drag car mainly, go auto. If you're looking to build a fun weekend toy that is street driven mainly, I would go with manual.
