2002 ss

I am the original owner of a 2002 Camaro SS SLP registration number 8813. It is blue with tan interior and a 6 speed of course. It is kept in my garage under a cover and never driven in the rain, I had to replace the tires because of age, it has less than 20k on it. I installed a K&N FIPK, and a SLP MAF, Jacobs plug wires and Bosch plugs. The car has a power antena and express down on the passenger window. The T-tops are tinted to keep it cool. I have a custom short throw shifter that is really cool. I love pulling up next to kids in Mustangs! I bought this car after doing a resto on a 69 Camaro that took forever, I sold the 69 to make room for the 02 in the garage.

I have the same type of car SLP# 3296 w/32K, but I have not yet seen the express down passenger window and the power antenna. Were these factory options ? I have a rare item in my vehicle as well. I have exery option expect leather and the other's from your car. It is good to see different combinations in these cars. As you may know, only 11k SS's were built in 2002 and that is a low production number. In fact only 465 Sebring silver 6M Ss's were made. How many without leather I do not know. Nice car, if I were you I would put an SLP lid on rather than the K&N ive heard people having issues. The SLP car should have the SLP Lid. just my opinion tho.

I'm trying to figure out how to link my photobucket file of my car pics. Hope to figure it out soon. I installed the factory antena, not available in the US I was told, but the dealer had the part. I bought an extra express down module for the driver side and wired it in the passenger side. The hard and expensive part was buying extra switches just to have the express down covers.

I don't drive it unless the sun is shinning and the extra flow works with my SLP MAF.

It was a 69 that I restored, had a 350 with dual quads and a Muncie. I sold it.
