2000 built trans am new to the ls1 love them

new to the ls1 love my car 2000 trans am built bottom end with eagle h beam rods weisco pistons ms4 cam crane double roller dart 205 heads with the crane gold rockers fast 90 90 intake and throttle body pace setters long tube headers with the magnaflow exhaust buit t-56 with spec 3+ clutch and spec steel flywheel moser 12 bolt rer end 4.11 gears corvette front brakes and the bmr torque arm control arms panhard bar qa1 coil overs in front and rear of the car zr1 17-9 17-11 wheels with the nittos tires thats my car and everthing shes has

it dynoed 426 to the rear tires on motor 518 on the nitrous the best i ran with the car 12.08 1.90 60 118 mph trying to find the sweet spot to leave at

you have one great ride, however, your low RWHP numbers (no spray) with the mods that you have, concern me. they seem awefully low for a strong H/C package and the supporting mods that you have. is your car tuned to the absolute potiental to squeeze out all the power possible? also, what is your RWTQ...?

i simply have these questions because i happen to be putting down more RWHP than you currently w/a significantly smaller cam (Comp 224)...

please understand im not calling you out by any means, im just left looking like this after seeing such an impressive mod list...

it made 401 rear wheel torque the guy i had it tune buy there is a little more to make but i drive the car 80 miles a day i make the rest up on the bottle i just to make over 400 to the wheels and it did

sounds like they did a really safe tune... was teh engine broke in before the tune?

i live in sebring the engine had about 300 miles on it when i had it tuned iam going up to a 250 shot on nitrous see if i can make up on my 60 foot times

sounds like its all good then. if you are pleased then that's all that matters. just didnt know if you knew there was some more power on the table that you werent aware of, or if you might have been wondering if you felt your car was low on power, that's all...

the car runs strong i was a mustang guy to my buddy bought one these cars i didnt relize how fast these cars can go with little bolt ons. iam full chevy guy now i wouldnt get rid of this car i have to much fun with this car i cant wait to the 250 shot on and see what it can do changing gear in it on saturday to a 4.30 gear that should help it out alot

ah! that is it then... your numbers should jump a good bit now that it is loosened up a bit...

i want to do a MS4 cam sooooo bad... i'm to lazy to do it though...
