    where should i go for a tune?

    well i need a tune so i was wondering? by the way i have a 97 trans 383 stroker 30lb injectors, headers, 11;1 comp, hot cam, cold air, and all forged bottom end. should i mail my comp to fastchips in tulsa or do any of you know of a place to get a 97 tuned. i heared it is a hit and miss. i want a dyno tune but dont want to drive to tulsa from houston

    I know a few guys that send their stuff into fastchips and I've heard nothing but good things. If you don't have a tuner nearby, then go for it. I believe there may be a couple of tuners in Houston. Shoot Sarge a PM, he knows a good amount of guys down there, I'm sure he can point you in the right direction

    Hands down and with no question... One of our newest sponsors here at ls1.com is Allen Nelson himself. You cant pick up a Hot Rod magazine they havent taken their project car to Allen to tune it...he is the corporate STS Turbo tuner....I could go on....he is the man....no more expensive than anybody else but heads and shoulders above the rest in delivering the performance.....his shop is South San Antonio...but he does a huge mail order tune business.... www.nelsonperformance.com

    cool thanks im going to go up there in a few weeks so me and you(sarge) can hang out one night. he said he can tune it and i have a lot of hp to come out of it.
