I would try Harris Speed Works in Warminster, PA. I had my car tuned there (bolt on tune) and I was very satisfied with everything. Very professional, and they did a great job. They are probably between an hour and an hour and a half away from your listed town.
They are a sponsor here, website is www.harrisspeedworks.com.

If you are making more than 7-8#s and a tuner tries to get you to accept a MAF tune, walk away. EFIL AND HPT have excellent 2bar OS's; there is no reason to have a half-@$$3D MAF tune

i am correct that the factory map sensor is a 3 bar system, and if i want to tune a turbo set up that i have to use a 2 bar system? also with the 2 bar system does that replace the maf sensor? ive seen people with turbo setups with no maf.
