I was hoping that'd go more in depth with how they were adjusting the tables. Instead it was a 6 minute advertisement.

How much more in depth would you have wanted it? If you know the basic principles behind VE tables, there's really nothing to it. It's just trial and error. Yes, the video could have been more in depth, but when you've tuned with HP Tuners before, you know that it would be speculation on the tuners part, as we all have our own methods. So then, maybe it's not literally an instructional video, but a quick overview of how the product works....

It showed what the product could do, not how to use it. It's intended audience was for those who have never used it.

I understand what your saying, which is why I reparaphrased it in my last post above ^; "So then, maybe it's not literally an instructional video, but a quick overview of how the product works". That being said, there's really nothing left to say, unless you would prefer if this thread were to be closed, and a new one opened in it's place re-titled "Quick Synopsis of HP Tuners"....
