Tuned By Frost?? Is he offline?

I sent my ECM to Steve at Tuned by Frost and haven't received it back. So, I emailed him, and auto response indicates family health issues. He did my previous ECM and man that car never run that good ever. Very happy. It would have been nice to see this on the web site so now I have no ECM and zero communications. Typically, when it is this quiet health or family is the issue as indicated in the automated email reply. I sure wish him the best for his entire family. Health first and family first. Any ideas on how to get my ECM back or get him a message? This web site has been extremely helpful on questions I had in the past. Anyone else with issue? Or just be patient and he will get to it? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thoughts????

I just got a refund from PayPal so he is looking at emails as he authorized it. Now to get my original ECM back. Another guy just contacted me as he is sending back ECM units. I hope to get mine back in a timely manner. I sure wish him the best of luck for his entire family. He sure does a great job normally.

I am now in this same boat. So I guess I have to go the same route by getting a refund from PayPal and hope to get my ecm back at some point
