Yeah, PM him here. He's a busy man but he'll get back to you. What specifically are you wanting to know? Maybe we can help. He has pretty much everything you need to know right here http://www.tunedbyfrost.com/services2.htm

There's no shortage of people here running frost tunes though that can tell you exactly what to expect.

I don't know how mail orders go being I had mine done in person as he lives not even 10 minutes from me. Great tuner, and a hell of a good guy.

My PCM should be getting there today for a mail order tune. You go on his site, print out the form and fill it out (your info, cars info, mods, etc.) Then you pay him through his site (with paypal) and ship your PCM with the form you filled out to him. He will tune it and send it back.

Frost did a mail order tune on ours back in March -- quick turnaround and answered all my questions. Highly recommend his services.

    1. Disconnect battery.
    2. pull the computer out.
    3. print out the information sheet and fill it in. (place this in the shipping box) (http://www.tunedbyfrost.com/form.pdf)
    4. pay via PayPal which is found at the bottom of this page (http://www.tunedbyfrost.com/services2.htm)
    5. ship it to his listed address.

I did this a few weeks around and I am extremely pleased. very quick turn around and can definitely tell a difference in the car.

^^ I would add "Disconnect battery" as step one -- but that is the process.

My guess is that some pins may be energized even with the key off and this avoids the possibility of any shorts or other issues. Not sure, but it seems like a good idea to disconnect it and Frost's instructions say to do so.

anytime you do anything electrically on a car it's always a good idea to disconnect the negative terminal. Doesn't take much to fry sensors and what not. Do I do it everytime? Nope, but I should and it's a good habit to get into.

Will the car even run without the PCM? I wouldn't think so...
