Trouble with "PCM for Less"?

Last December I used PCM for Less to do a mail order tune. I sent my computer back as a core replacement according to the instructions. To this date have not recieved a core charge refund and they are not responding to email . Anybody else have this problem with these guys?

On their website, there is a phone number for Bryan. Talk to him, I had the same prob and turned out to be another guy he has hired that was not doing what he was supposed to be doing. After talking to him, he took care of me right away and he should do the same for you.

PCM 4 Less did a great job "waking up" my 96; I am very pleased. I cannot comment (good or bad) about the other turner though,
