TCS Control Module
I am interested in buying a SLP traction control module. I was wondering what the benefits from street use would be. In the SLP product description it just talks about track use. Also does any one know where this would plug in and mount in my car (2000 Trans Am)

I just installed one of these, myself. All you have to do is pull the TCS trim out of the console, unplug the TCS switch from the trim, then plug the harness into the switch. Thats it! It took me all of 90 seconds. I don't think it's necessary to mount the logic module, since it's hidden in the console.

The only thing it does is reverse your tcs switch so it defaults to off.

Yep. Buddy of mine had to back up at the track and shut the car off so they could clear it. When he restarted the car ASR was on and forgot to turn it off before his run...

I tried plugging it in without connecting a power source to it and it works. I don't know why it advises to connect it to the fuse box. Thanks for the tip!
