    2005 GTO

    Street sweeper tuning

    ok so I just installed the Street sweeper cam .630/.612 236/240 112 cam idles great then randomly will just die been tryin to adjust stuff for a few hours anybody run into this? Current mods SLP long tube headers,intake, Corsa touring cat back deleted the cats, 1 piece driveline 3,200 stall.

    Are you working with tuning software or just adjusting the TB?
    It is the IAC that is screwing it up either not enough(most likely) or too much which would cause the slight rev then the sudden drop as though to make it surge and die.
    thry manually holding the throttle to 2000 RPMs till it warms and adjust from there, you need a tune.

    2005 GTO

    figured it out problem was the low speed maf readings were way off because of reversion. Was going way lean to way rich drilled hole in TB flap and tuned with HP tuners cleaned up at 950RPMS idle 24 degrees of timing at idle and 28 total wide open throttle. This car now does a rolling burnout at 30mph with a A4 3,200 stall and 275x30R 19 the TSWS its pretty impressive now. Has great idle fires up first key crank like a stock car. People next to me at stop light give me a frown just don't know what to think LOL I'll post up a video soon as I can. Im gonna run the plate system on it pretty soon 150 shot other GTOs in town were gaining like 150 to the wheels with a 150 shot plate system with the stock camshaft im gonna put a few miles on car before I abuse it some more.
