    Service Engine Soon Light

My tune was fine until I think which caused the codes was removing the screen from the maf.The codes are P0172 and P0175. I replaced the maf last year and decided to remove the screen after the tune. The SES light comes on and off at WOT and just driving like at least once a day. I cleaned the maf with electrical cleaner and still comes on. My tuner which is speed inc says that they need to re-dynotune the car.He told me I might have messed the maf up by removing the screen so I might need a new maf. When I removed the screen I was very careful not to touch the sensor at all. Has anyone had this issue w removing the screen hes never heard this just removing the screen so he thinks its a bad maf.

I would assume buying a new maf would solve my problem for 150 dollars. Or should i waste my money on a new tune 150 dollars and find out i have a bad maf which would be an extra 150

Theres no gains to be had by removing the screen, since you already did and the codes started after you did i would invest in a new stock Maf, either used or new.
